We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and creative SEO & Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of SEO—on-page, off-page, and technical—while also managing content planning, writing, and optimization. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to grow our organic traffic, improve rankings, and create high-quality content that converts.

Key Responsibilities:✅ Search Engine Optimization (SEO):On-Page SEO

  • Conduct keyword research and implement strategies across web pages and blog content.
  • Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headers (H1, H2s), images, and internal linking.
  • Perform regular SEO audits and resolve issues (broken links, thin content, etc.).
  • Implement and improve site architecture and crawlability.

Off-Page SEO

  • Create and execute link-building strategies through outreach, guest posting, and content partnerships.
  • Analyze competitors’ backlink profiles and identify backlinking opportunities.
  • Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks as needed.

Technical SEO

  • Work with developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented (site speed, mobile optimization, structured data, etc.).
  • Manage sitemaps, robots.txt files, canonical tags, and crawl budgets.
  • Monitor and fix indexing issues and crawl errors via Google Search Console.

Content Strategy & Writing:

  • Develop and manage an editorial content calendar based on SEO goals and industry trends.
  • Write high-quality blog posts, service pages, landing pages, product descriptions, and other web content.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with SEO strategy, brand voice, and user intent.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance content presentation and UX.
  • Optimize existing content for improved rankings and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and backlink health.
  • Create monthly SEO and content performance reports with insights and improvement strategies.
  • Use data from Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools to guide content and SEO decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on SEO and content writing experience.
  • Proven experience writing SEO-optimized web content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and search intent.
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and editing skills.
  • Experience with tools like:
  • Google Analytics & GA4
  • Google Search Console
  • SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
  • SurferSEO, Frase, or Clearscope
  • Screaming Frog, Yoast, Rank Math
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):

  • Knowledge of content marketing funnels and lead generation.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
