We are looking for a talented and goal-driven Business Development Manager to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing deals via Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of online platforms, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage professional profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
  • Actively bid on relevant projects and craft winning proposals on Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Use LinkedIn to identify, connect with, and nurture B2B leads.
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
  • Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (development, design, SEO, etc.) to align proposals with deliverable capacity.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and regularly update CRM or internal tracking systems.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends on all three platforms and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of proven experience with business development on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with digital services like web development, SEO, design, or marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
