PHP Laravel Intern

We are looking for a passionate and motivated PHP Laravel Intern to join our development team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with the Laravel framework and other web technologies while being mentored by experienced professionals. You’ll contribute to real-world projects, write clean code, fix bugs, and learn the best practices of backend development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using PHP Laravel framework.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other team members.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues under guidance.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Work on database design, queries, and Eloquent ORM.
• Assist in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Follow best coding practices and Laravel development standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have basic knowledge of PHP and Laravel framework.
• Understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) concepts.
• Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Understanding of MVC architecture.
• Familiarity with Git/version control.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced development environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have (Optional but Preferred):

• Hands-on experience with Laravel (college projects, personal work, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration.
• Basic understanding of Blade templating engine.
• Experience with local development tools like XAMPP, MAMP, Laragon, or Docker.
• Exposure to Jira, Trello, or any project management tools.
